Noor Khan approached Hrudaya Foundation for financial support for the treatment of his 6 months old female child by name Iram Khan who is suffering with Severe Coarctation of Aorta and Mild Arch Hypoplasia needing a surgery called “Coarctation of Arch + PAPVC Repair”.
Noor Khan does welding job in a small workshop near his house in the old city of Hyderabad. He is having 2 more kids ( a daughter and a son). His wife Ishrath is a house wife. Noor Khan was shocked to know when he was told by the doctor that his 3 months old daughter is suffering with a major heart problem which needs to be corrected at the earliest and needs more finances. He was referred t o Dr.Gopichand Mannam, a leading cardiothoracic surgeon at STAR hospitals, then knowing his financial constraints to support his daughter’s treatment directed to Hrudaya Foundation for financial assistance. Through the donation of M/s.LVS Power Pvt. Ltd., Hrudaya has supported the treatment of this child, got operated on 22nd April’15.
The timely surgery helped the child to recover early and went home on 29th April’15 in a healthy and stable condition. The parents expressed : We could not see our daughter in this healthy condition without the support of Hrudaya and their donors. Our heartfelt thanks to the donors and the people who helped our child to relive’, said by father.
